We can help you set up your business, determine the type of business entity you need (C-Corp, S-Corp, Partnership, etc.) and obtain the necessary Federal and State ID numbers and licenses that will get you started on a successful path.

We will help you prepare a business strategy, and a plan that may be used to assist in obtaining funding for your business. We will work with you to determine the capital needed to operate initially. We will help you prepare an annual, by month, finance plan based on your expectations, and then track your actual performance to allow you to make adjustments to the plan if necessary. Doing so will allow you so forecast the critically important information to understand what adjustments must be made to your business for future operations.
